So even now, the statue of Admiral Yi Sun-sin stands proudly toward the Strait of Tsushima Island as if protecting Korea from Japan.

Currently, Yongdusan Park has become a representative tourist destination in Busan, but Choryang Waegwan (Japanese Residence), which was in charge of Japanese trade and diplomacy from 1678 to 1878, has been the home of exchanges between Korea and Japan since the 17th century.

How to get there
Get off at Nampo-dong Station on Subway Line 1, exit 1, turn right at the first corner of the parking lot, and go straight, and you will see the escalator going up to Yongdusan Park in front.
