The travel agency BusanNavi(https://korea.tabi.kr) sets the following terms and conditions for users to use our company’s Internet service (hereinafter referred to as this service).

| Article 2 Service |
This service refers to the general name of the Busan Travel Information website service provided by the company and the application for reservation for the service provided by the company through the Internet.
| Article 3 Join membership |

| Article 5 Cancellation of registration |

b. Making false or unjust applications in the use of services

f. Acts that violate the customs and laws and regulations, or are likely to do so.
g. In addition to the preceding subparagraphs, acts deemed inappropriate by the Company;
| Article 7 Handling of member information |
The personal information registered at the time of membership shall be retained and managed by the company in accordance with our privacy policy. Read “Privacy Policy” for our privacy policy.
| Article 8 Suspension of this Service |
We may temporarily suspend this service without prior notice during maintenance inspection of the server and when we have to stop the reservation system urgently.
| Article 9 Disclaimer |
If a member causes damage or damage to others by using this service, the company will not be held responsible for resolving the responsibilities between the parties.
The company shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or damage caused by the member’s failure to use this service due to the situation under Article 11 or an abnormality in the communication environment.
| Article 10 Secession |
Members can withdraw from the website at any time.
The membership of BusanNavi is personal nature. The company treats the report of the preceding paragraph even if it acquires the time when it learns the member’s death.
| Article 11 Others |
1. We may change these terms and conditions by notifying the members in an appropriate manner.
2. If there is a problem with the use of this service that is not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the parties will discuss and resolve it in good faith.
3. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through dialogue between the parties regarding the use of this service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company will resolve it.
