1,700-drone show in Gwangalli, Busan for Chuseok holiday...largest in Korea

A performance mobilizing 1,700 drones, the largest drone show in Korea, will be held in Gwangalli, Busan, for the Chuseok holiday.

Busan Suyeong-gu announced on the 27th that it will mobilize 1,700 drones on Gwangalli Beach on the 30th of Chuseok, the Chuseok holiday, to perform the Gwangalli M Drone Light Show with the theme of'Korean Beauty'.

An official from Suyeong-gu said, "The scale of 2,000 units is the first time in Korea, so it seems that the scale of 1,700 units has been approved because safety is prioritized." "For the year-end countdown event, we will try to perform again with a scale of 2,000 units."

Suyeong-gu, which holds a permanent drone show with 600 drones at Gwangalli Beach every Saturday, has been mobilizing 1,000 or 1,500 drones for special drone shows on holidays and anniversaries.

To date, the show with 1,500 drones in Gwangalli was the largest in Korea.

In this performance, Korea's cultural heritage and traditional culture are represented by 1,700 drone lights.
