Finally, the Curtain Call Fireworks, which announces the end of the festival and promises next year, will last about five minutes.

As the fireworks festival will be held about a month before the 2030 World Expo is selected, the Busan Metropolitan Government will use it as an opportunity to unite the enthusiasm for attracting pan-citizens to Busan and show off its ability to host the Expo.

In addition, as more than 1 million people are expected to gather, more than 6,300 safety management personnel, including civil servants, police, firefighters, security experts, and volunteers, will be intensively deployed around the venue to prevent safety accidents.

In 10 major bottleneck sections, long-legged police officers and six LED vehicles are deployed to play a role in safety management of crowds in preparation for congestion.
