Busan Haeundae Beach Train and Taxi collided

At around 2 p.m. on the 6th, a Haeundae beach train and a taxi collided at an intersection in front of the Jungdong Beach Train Cheongsapo Station in Haeundae-gu, Busan.

In the accident, a taxi passenger complained of headaches and was taken to a hospital, and taxis and beach train facilities.

The Haeundae Beach Train, which opened in October 2020, is a tourist train that runs a 4.8km section from Mipo in Haeundae to Songjeong via Cheongsapo, and travels to and from six stops at a slow speed of about 15km per hour. Sky capsules running along a 10-meter-high public rail are also installed on the 2km section from Mipo to Cheongsapo.
