Air Busan, Busan, and Fukuoka are operated twice a week.

Air Busan has started operating the Busan-Fukuoka route twice a week since July 8.

The Busan-Fukuoka route departs from Gimhae International Airport at 9:55 a.m. and arrives at Fukuoka Airport at 10:50 a.m. and the return flight departs from Fukuoka Airport at 11:45 a.m. and arrives at Gimhae International Airport at 12:40 p.m.

It operates twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) and has a flight time of about 55 minutes.

Air Busan plans to expand the Busan-Fukuoka route from twice a week to four times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday) during August, when visa-free entry between Korea and Japan is expected to be restored.

An Air Busan official said, "Fukuoka is one of Japan's representative cities and has many tourist attractions such as Canal City Hakata and Fukuoka Tower," adding, "We plan to preempt the soaring demand for travel to Japan by preemptively responding to Japanese routes."
